Yeah, totally. People do it all the time - either they wanna go harder or need to scale back for a bit. Just give us a heads up before your next billing cycle and we'll sort it out. No penalties or weird fees, just the difference in price if you're upgrading mid-month.

Life happens - we get it. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year. There's a small admin fee (like $15/month) to hold your spot, but that's way better than paying full price when you can't make it in. Injuries, travel, work stuff - whatever the reason, just let us know.

No long-term contracts here. All our memberships are month-to-month. If you wanna bail, just give us 30 days notice and you're good to go. We'd rather have people who actually wanna be here than trap folks into commitments they're not feeling.

It's about 45 minutes with one of our trainers. We'll check your movement patterns, test your strength and endurance, talk about your goals, and figure out any limitations or injuries we should know about. Nothing crazy intense - we're just getting a baseline so we know where you're starting from. It's actually pretty chill and helpful for knowing what classes might be best for you.
